Welcome to the Tempest playtest!

Thank you for coming. You're among the very first to play Tempest online, and that makes your feedback very important and useful.

Getting in

1. Make an account at playtempestonline.com/register and apply your invite code

2. Go to playtempestonline.com/play. The game runs in your browser, so there's nothing to install. A recent Chrome or Edge works best.

3. Login and explore.

What to expect

- This is an early build. Expect bugs, rough edges and missing features. [Characters and progress may be wiped between test builds.]

- [What to focus on this round, e.g. combat feel, the first hour, performance on your machine.]

Reporting problems

- Use the bug report form in the game. It's the fastest way for a report to reach us, and it records where you were and what was happening at the time.

- If someone is being a problem, use the player report form.

- For anything else, like ideas, things you loved, or things that confused you, [post in suggestions or general on our discord].

Even small things help: "this felt slow," "I didn't know where to go," "this looked off." Reports like that tell us the most.

Ground rules: be kind to each other, don't exploit bugs on purpose (report them!), and [keep screenshots/videos private until a public release].
